The Ayurvedic Lifestyle Workshop
The hand on workshop is intended as an introduction into the Ayurvedic principles of dietetics, daily routines, exercise practices and psychological insights. It serves as a "getting to know" the grounds of Ayurveda application in daily life.
The format of the workshop is team based. After the brief introduction the group of participants spends two hours finding the best daily menu for their constitutional type, exercise routines bound to balance the corresponding dosha , and mental practices for restoring the energy and the sense of well being.
It is held in the practice room supplied with common food items and exercise mats. Participants are welcome to bring their own produce according to tastes and preferences. It can serve as a discussion mater to explain the work of the Ayurvedic principles in action.
