Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
Ayurveda, or "The Science of Life", is probably the oldest known healing tradition of the world. The origin of it traces back to more then 5,000 year old Indian Vedic school of philosophy.
The basis of Ayurvedic approach to health is the acknowledgement of uniqueness of every human being and the nesessity to individually resolve the imbalances leading to the health problems. The Ayurvedic constitution, or Dosha, is a way to capture the precise state of biological energy, psychological and physiological characteristics of every human being.
Each of us is striving the best in the state of harmony. Being the subjects of external influences whether volunteer, or imposed we can get out of balance. When the negative influences persist the body and mind become out of touch with an instinctive sense of need to restore the harmony. The goal of Ayurvedic practice is to define the way to return to the optimal state of our nature and to enable its maintenance.

"It sounds like an old folk problem, but I had to face it in my early thirties. Insomnia lead to prescription tablets, which I could not live without. When Inga looked through my 'checklist', we found some really simple adjustments to be made. I could finally return to the normal sleep!"

"My skin, especially on the back, did give me lots of troubles. I did not wear a bikini since I've moved to the US. It took me a few months to change my diet and hydration routine. I followed the recommended cleansing program, and now I feel free as never before.
My skin has cleared and I know what to do to keep it so."

When you have a toothache you are supposed to go to the dentist, but when it happens just too often, then what should I do? Pull all my teeth out? Apparently not. I felt, I needed do something, so I went to a consultation. My diet and vitamins went under the scrutiny, and ... it's stopped being as puzzling. I can do it, I can manage my teeth in between my routine checkups, no more rush to the dental emergency. Thing of the past!"
